Base Salary
$186k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI SDLC and spec-driven development frameworks to determine adoption or build decisions.
- Architect the platform end-to-end, from spec authoring to company-wide rollout.
- Build tooling and services to establish spec-driven development as the default workflow.
- Instrument the platform to track adoption, delivery velocity, and friction.
- Design for self-service capabilities for product managers and non-engineers.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate the platform into CI/CD and deployment infrastructure.
- Work with Machine Learning Engineering on model selection and context design.
- Drive organization-wide adoption through documentation and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in platform engineering or developer experience.
- Hands-on experience building or driving adoption of a development platform.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and Python.
- Proven track record of building internal tools that teams adopt.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make informed judgments about AI's impact on delivery.
- Product mindset with the ability to drive buy-in across teams.
