- Drive large, complex projects autonomously from technical design through launch.
- Tackle complex architecture challenges and evolve architectural standards.
- Lead code reviews, documentation, and high-risk bug fixes.
- Partner across engineering teams to deliver company-wide initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing and design coaching.
