Responsibilities
- Build and enhance self-service developer platforms, portals, automation, and reusable platform capabilities.
- Design, develop, operate, and support full-stack platform solutions across React, APIs, databases, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Implement GitOps, CI/CD automation, and developer workflow automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Manage developer tooling, artifact repositories, software supply chain controls, development environment governance, and platform standardization.
- Embed authentication, authorization, security-by-design, compliance, and policy enforcement into platform solutions.
- Contribute to internal developer platforms such as Backstage, golden paths, and self-service experiences.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, or Developer Experience Engineer owning solutions from design through production.
- Strong software development experience with React and backend API development using FastAPI, Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience with database-backed systems, artifact repositories such as Nexus, dependency governance, and software supply chain controls.
- Practical experience with GitOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, automated CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes, configuration, secrets, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
- Strong AWS experience designing and operating secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications and platform components.
- Hands-on Terraform experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure through automated pipelines.
- Understanding of security-by-design and experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Backstage, macOS internals and security, Homebrew, developer workstations, developer desktop platforms, environment provisioning, and developer productivity measurement.
- A degree such as B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., M.E., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, M.Com, MBA/PGDM, BCA, MCA, or PhD is listed.
