Responsibilities
- Design APIs and build reliable, maintainable product features.
- Fix performance issues, debug production problems, conduct code and architecture reviews, write unit tests, and lead feature releases.
- Develop and A/B test ReactJS components to improve the customer experience.
- Design, build, deploy, and use AI/ML solutions for telemedicine triage, prescription guidance, fraud detection, personalization, and operational automation.
- Own strategic technical problems and product projects from design through production delivery.
- Coach and mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion ethical, reliable, and scalable adoption of AI across engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to own features from design through production delivery and contribute to a large codebase.
- Ability to write understandable, maintainable, and testable code in a collaborative environment.
- BE/BTech degree from a top institution.
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML frameworks or tools including MCP servers, n8n, Google ADK, vector databases, or LangChain.
- Preferred: familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, generative AI, and production AI integrations with measurable business impact.
- Preferred: interest in applying AI responsibly in healthcare.
