Responsibilities
- Design and develop Kotlin-based cloud-native backend services for digital access, permissions, and identity management.
- Own platform features from technical design through production delivery.
- Create and evolve APIs, integrations, and microservice-based capabilities.
- Design, deploy, and operate scalable and resilient solutions on AWS.
- Participate in technical design discussions, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to address customer challenges.
Requirements
- Experience building backend systems in Kotlin, Java, or Golang.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating solutions in AWS.
- Experience with microservice-based, distributed, or integration-heavy systems.
- Strong API design skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical problems, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Nice to have experience with Cognito, ECS, SNS/SQS, CloudFormation, SaaS platforms, or access management solutions.
