Responsibilities
- Designs, builds and implements relational databases.
- Tests databases for performance and fine-tunes as necessary.
- Completes documentation on all assigned systems and databases.
- Tests documents and implements developed programs.
- Collaborates with BA, DBA, and IS teams, sharing knowledge and making recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience with ETL processes using DTS/SSIS.
- Good Transact-SQL skills including advanced queries and complex joins.
- Advanced knowledge of DTS/SSIS and data extraction and transformations.
- Ability to write, debug, and test stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Ability to optimize stored procedures written by others.
- Ability to troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Experience in Azure Data Factory is preferred.
