Responsibilities
- Serve as the APAC technical expert for the MetaDefender NetWall product line.
- Design secure OT network architectures and deliver solution presentations with sales teams.
- Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging use cases, and product expansion requirements.
- Translate customer needs into product enhancements and roadmap input.
- Develop solution positioning, technical messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent OPSWAT at APAC industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Network Architect, or in a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols, including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN architectures.
- Solid background in Operational Technology environments and familiarity with industrial control systems and common industrial protocols.
- Experience translating complex technical solutions into customer business value and leading proof-of-concept engagements.
- Strong technical documentation, requirements definition, business case development, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage technical engineers and executive stakeholders and willingness to travel across APAC approximately 25–30%.
