Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
- Partner with the sales team to design secure OT network architectures.
- Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging use cases for the product.
- Develop business cases and technical requirements to support product expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into enhancements.
- Develop solution positioning and sales enablement materials.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry partners.
- Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences and technical events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols.
- Solid background in Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
- Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design.
- Strong skills in technical documentation and business case development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region (approximately 25-30%).
