Sr. Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with strategic clients and translate their requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Drive solution development for key accounts, including recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
- Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and customers as a subject matter expert.
- Support strategic sales initiatives through product expertise and customer insight.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Integration Engineers, Sales Directors, and other teams.
- Advise clients as a trusted technical partner and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Participate in product testing and provide actionable product and user experience feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
- Experience contributing to strategic sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to independently lead large onsite and virtual customer meetings and document recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, digital certificates, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
