Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready GenAI solutions.
- Build and scale enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Integrate graph-based memory, tool-using agents, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Use LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, and custom agent frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.
- Translate business needs into scalable GenAI-powered systems with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability through software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with at least 2 years building and deploying GenAI systems.
- The posting also specifies 4–7 years of required experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, and Gemini.
- Strong knowledge of RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks including LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-native deployments, APIs, and containers.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with graph-based memory and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, or MBA qualification.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, open-source GenAI contributions, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LLM optimization, evaluation, prompt engineering, and production-scale AI deployment.
