Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications centered on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure Salesforce metadata, Flow Builder, Approval Processes, automation, and multi-object data models.
- Implement secure Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions with business stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Perform Salesforce data migration and loading while maintaining data integrity using Data Loader and Workbench.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and story estimation.
- Manage Salesforce deployments through GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines across sandbox and production environments.
- Apply Salesforce security architecture, governance, API security, and secure application development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of full-stack application development experience, preferably in an Azure environment.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including CRUD/FLS, sharing models, role hierarchy, Apex sharing, login and session security, Connected Apps, and MFA.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering software iteratively.
- Knowledge of API security and authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and external credentials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
