Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for complex business processes.
- Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and environment modernisation initiatives.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.
- Mentor engineers and support quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Champion the effective use of AI tools and modern software engineering practices.
- Represent technology initiatives through community engagement activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.
- Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
- Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Preferred: experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Apache Kafka.
- Preferred: experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
