Responsibilities
- Build and ship frontend features for Qonto’s customer-facing web applications.
- Own quality from design through production within a product squad.
- Contribute to Qonto’s internally built design system and UI library.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide technical improvements.
- Improve developer experience, team tools, and development processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams.
- Use AI tools for codebase exploration, technical design, prototyping, research, coding, and testing while reviewing outputs critically.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience using React.js.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, including writing pure CSS without CSS libraries such as Tailwind.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills.
- Ability to use AI effectively while applying sound judgment and validating results.
- Ability to contribute to technical leadership, design discussions, and developer-experience improvements.
