Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent tools.
- Perform parallel payroll validation against legacy system outputs and resolve variances before production cutover.
- Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards using assistive technologies.
- Coordinate UAT activities including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
- Design and execute performance and load testing for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
- Manage defects from discovery through resolution, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
- Test integrations with federal systems and validate end-to-end data flows and error handling.
- Validate Oracle quarterly updates through targeted regression testing.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution reports while contributing to Agile testing improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent.
- Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or comparable defect and test management tools.
- Understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, TDD, and shift-left strategies.
- Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders, including planning, execution, and defect triage.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of testing experience on a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
- Preferred qualifications include ISTQB certification, performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, or Oracle Load Testing, and Section 508 testing experience with ANDI, axe, or JAWS.
- Preferred qualifications include federal HR process knowledge, payroll validation experience, scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy, and Oracle Cloud experience with OIC or OCI.
