Base Salary
$165k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reusable solutions for telecommunications networking, OSS/BSS, and customer experience domains.
- Engage with telecom customers to gather technical requirements, understand objectives, and define solution architectures.
- Lead end-to-end customer solution delivery from design through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Build reusable frameworks and patterns, including Agentic-AI solutions, for telecommunications customers and use cases.
- Collaborate with product management, solutions architects, and customer success teams.
- Develop best practices, reference architectures, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
