Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement repeatable deployment frameworks for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to streamline complex launches.
- Automate workflows to reduce time from contract to production go-live.
- Create configurable systems for common enterprise requirements.
- Establish deployment standards and best practices for predictable launches.
- Develop internal tools to minimize manual effort for support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong systems thinker capable of translating ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical deployments.
- Proficient in coding and shipping production systems.
- High-ownership mindset focused on building durable systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting technical decisions.
