Forward Deployed Engineer - Greek
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents and experiences that take actions for enterprise organizations in production environments.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
- Own technical components end to end, from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and provide enablement and best practices.
- Identify platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights and communicate them to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and customer architects and to deliver quality code and rigorous AI-output evaluation.
- Interest in experimenting with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks.
- Native Greek language ability and full proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
