- Shape long-term technical strategy through hands-on execution and architectural insights.
- Work across the full stack in an AI-first development environment.
- Raise the bar for team performance through direct and actionable feedback.
Requirements
- Combine deep engineering ability with strong product and design instincts.
- Experience operating at scale with a startup mentality.
- Fluency in AI-assisted development and experimentation.
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to navigate complex systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Extreme autonomy in identifying and acting on technical needs.
- Critical thinking about business optimization in technical decisions.
- At least 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Stack agnostic with proficiency in high-level programming and AI tools.
