Base Salary
$110k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions for clients across industries.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Work directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software development experience, including building robust and maintainable software.
- Experience with large-scale data analytics and transforming organizations into AI-led companies.
- Experience optimizing algorithms and software design for computational efficiency.
- Ability to work directly with clients and guide non-technical teams and consultants.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to collaborate across industries and topics.
- Any degree program must be completed before starting at BCG.
