Base Salary
$114k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise mobile engineering teams to understand architecture, constraints, and business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable integrations using Adobe Mobile SDKs, APIs, and cloud services.
- Develop production-quality iOS and Android code, sample applications, SDK integrations, and reference implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across mobile applications, backend APIs, authentication, networking, and SDK behavior.
- Lead architecture workshops, implementation reviews, and technical deep dives with customer engineering organizations.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
- Prototype AI-powered mobile experiences using LLMs, on-device intelligence, and Adobe AI capabilities.
- Help customers adopt observability, testing, release management, CI/CD, and mobile performance optimization practices.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in iOS with Swift or Objective-C, or Android with Kotlin or Java.
- Experience integrating complex mobile SDKs into production applications.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, networking, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with enterprise-scale mobile applications.
- Preferred experience with enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, API integration platforms, identity and authentication, customer implementation, solution architecture, technical consulting, developer relations, mobile DevOps, cloud platforms, mobile analytics, push notifications, AI-powered mobile applications, LLM integration, RAG, or on-device AI frameworks.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions while contributing hands-on engineering work and communicating with technical and executive stakeholders.
Benefits
- Expected U.S. annual pay range is $114,100–$214,950, with a California range of $148,500–$214,950; compensation figures are excluded from benefit details.
- Eligible roles may include the Annual Incentive Plan and, for certain positions, a new hire equity award.
- Travel to customer locations is approximately 20–40% of the time.
