Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define AI visions, transformation roadmaps, and high-impact use cases.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions, agents, and workflows for real users and real data.
- Prioritize AI applications that connect strategic ambitions to measurable business value.
- Work directly with customer executives, operators, technical teams, and end users.
- Contribute features, patterns, and abstractions to Percepta’s Mosaic product based on customer engagements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for applying frontier AI technology to business transformation.
- Ability to build and ship code quickly while balancing execution speed and quality.
- Strong customer orientation and willingness to iterate directly with end users.
- Hands-on experience with LLM tooling such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK is a bonus.
- Experience building and deploying production LLM-powered systems involving tool use, RAG pipelines, multi-step agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows is a bonus.
- Strong technical foundations in Python or TypeScript, cloud deployment using AWS, GCP, or Azure, and DevOps tooling are a bonus.
- Prior startup or founding-engineer experience is a bonus.
