Base Salary

$130k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable integrations between Commure’s platform and EHRs, EMRs, insurance providers, and other healthcare systems.
  • Use LLM technology to automate the reverse-engineering of electronic health records.
  • Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-launch improvement.
  • Contribute to integration-platform architecture, tools, technologies, performance, reliability, testing, error handling, and continuous integration.
  • Ensure integrations comply with healthcare standards and security requirements, including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, healthcare, DevOps, QA, and security teams on requirements, implementation, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Participate in agile development activities including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional software development industry experience.
  • Proficiency with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proficiency with backend languages including Python, Go, or C++.
  • Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
