Responsibilities
- Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and establish development expectations.
- Create technical solutions for projects in a hybrid agile development environment.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver Salesforce metadata components through the software development lifecycle.
- Develop new Salesforce code components, maintain existing components, and support production environments and implementations.
- Use bank-approved development, deployment, and support tools.
- Apply AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
Requirements
- Require 5–10 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience at a certified level.
- Require 5–10 years of experience delivering Salesforce project components in financial services or a similarly regulated industry; asset management or banking experience is preferred.
- Require experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages including APTTUS and GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile, and Einstein Analytics.
- Require experience with SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, Java, JSON, and Flows.
- Require experience with IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, and Data Loader.
- Require strong problem-solving, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Require the ability to apply critical judgment when using AI tools and handling data.
