Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Apply Oracle Security expertise to access control, identity management, security policies, encryption, secure coding, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in complex software systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead efforts to implement team best practices and improve productivity and quality.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Oracle Security.
- Proficiency in Oracle Security and strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management within Oracle environments.
- Experience designing and implementing security policies and procedures for applications.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure coding practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot security issues in complex software systems.
- Understanding of compliance standards and their application in software security.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
