Responsibilities
- Own and ship product features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
- Translate product ideas into shipped user experiences and make pragmatic product decisions.
- Build reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that improve team leverage.
- Use Claude, Codex, Cursor, and other AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and solution exploration.
- Gather feedback, iterate on shipped work, and balance speed with long-term maintainability.
- Help design scalable systems and contribute to product architecture.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.
- Strong product thinking and a focus on user experience and outcomes.
- Ability to move from idea to execution through hands-on building.
- Technical hands-on ability or active progress toward becoming more technically capable.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and operating amid ambiguity.
- Ability to learn quickly and become effective with a modern technology stack.
- React and Node experience, experience shipping technical products as a PM or designer, and independently built side projects or tools are preferred but not required.
