Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI interaction patterns and user experiences for business users.
- Own features end to end from early concepts through production.
- Shape features with product designers or lead them independently.
- Own information architecture, user flows, copy, error states, loading states, spacing, and microcopy.
- Validate that features meet user needs and are intuitive and discoverable without explanation.
- Communicate product decisions and technical trade-offs with the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack production features end to end.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, server-side logic, and data modeling.
- Experience owning complete user experiences beyond frontend implementation.
- A user-first approach, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with product designers and building AI or machine learning features in production.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, tRPC, or Electron is relevant.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €60,000 to €90,000.
- Hybrid role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
