Base Salary
$121k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in complex software design, integration, maintenance, and all phases of the development process.
- Build, test, and revise web application code from mockups and wireframes.
- Create accessible, navigable, and cross-browser-compatible user interface components.
- Mentor developers through code reviews and one-on-one collaboration.
- Coordinate development efforts and contribute to architecture-driven troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Define and promote development best practices across projects and procedures.
- Deploy and maintain applications using AWS, serverless, container-based, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Support AI/ML infrastructure and scalable data pipeline development when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of progressive software development experience.
- High-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Experience with server-side languages such as C#.
- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
- Expertise with AWS services and implementation practices, including serverless and container technologies.
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling such as GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of ETL processes and event-driven microservices architecture.
- Preferred experience in financial services or broker/dealer environments.
- Preferred hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models and scalable data pipelines.
- Preferred familiarity with distributed data processing, container orchestration, MLOps, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
- Preferred interest or prior education in mathematics or financial modeling.
