Responsibilities

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects with development teams.
Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for testing.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on requirements.
Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks for testing.
Conduct regression and performance testing for system scalability.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Deliver structured test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Drive continuous QA process improvements with minimal oversight.

3+ years in software quality assurance with manual and automated testing experience.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience validating APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated test integration.
Interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions and LLM-based approaches.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
