Base Salary
$70k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with development teams.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements and expected behaviors.
- Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based testing techniques.
- Conduct regression and performance testing to validate scalability.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide structured test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive QA process improvements independently with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Require 3+ years of software quality assurance experience covering manual and automated testing.
- Require hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Require experience validating APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Require practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, for automated test integration.
- Seek interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions and LLM-based testing approaches.
- Prefer experience with AI-driven test automation tools or LLM-based QA methodologies.
- Prefer knowledge of SaaS environments and website-based software deployment.
- Prefer familiarity with AWS or GCP.
- Require analytical, detail-oriented, communicative, self-starting, and independently accountable working practices.
