Base Salary
$70k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality and reliability.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Identify, document, track, and help resolve software defects with development teams.
- Conduct regression and performance testing to assess scalability.
- Validate APIs using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based testing techniques.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and Customer Support teams on requirements and expected behaviors.
- Provide structured test reports and status updates and independently drive QA process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience covering both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience validating APIs with Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions and LLM-based testing approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and independent ownership skills.
- Preferred: experience with AI-driven test automation tools or LLM-based QA methodologies.
- Preferred: knowledge of SaaS environments and website-based software deployment.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS or GCP.
