Base Salary

$116k - $174k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance integration and end-to-end testing frameworks across backend and frontend stacks.
  • Integrate and optimize automated test execution within CI systems to improve feedback speed.
  • Define repository standards for unit testing and code-quality measurement.
  • Build tools for complex testing scenarios, data mocking, service isolation, and scalable coverage improvements.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered regression detection, flaky-test analysis, and intelligent test generation.
  • Partner with feature teams to troubleshoot flaky tests, identify coverage gaps, and improve reliability.
  • Monitor the health and performance of test suites and CI pipelines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience focused on clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and systemic problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with or strong interest in CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines.
  • Comfort working across the stack, including React-based frontend tests and Python integration tests.
  • Interest in applying AI to test generation, flaky-test analysis, and software-quality workflows.
  • Ownership of projects from initial implementation through deployment and monitoring.
