Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, SPM, and WSD.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client-side and server-side scripts, integrations, and forms.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, architects, and IT teams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least four years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
- Significant experience with the ServiceNow platform and expertise in at least one ServiceNow module.
- Good knowledge of IT processes and ITIL concepts.
- Experience with Agile and/or V-Model methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
