Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Create technical documentation covering design specifications, data models, and deployment procedures.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, and application issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile development activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive Salesforce development experience with in-depth Salesforce platform and ecosystem knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- At least 2 years of direct Lightning Web Components development experience, including experience with Aura components.
- Experience with declarative and programmatic Force.com features, Salesforce security architecture, code optimization, refactoring, and Salesforce coding standards.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management processes.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational database design principles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
