Responsibilities
- Define and optimize development processes through appropriate tools, processes, and methods.
- Analyze, advise on, and implement customer requirements related to architecture, best practices, methods, standards, and concepts.
- Design and implement complex, high-performance frontend solutions, including technical web concepts, landing pages, and modules.
- Collaborate with customer contacts across IT and business functions.
- Provide technical expertise for proposal creation and project acquisition.
- Potentially take on technical project leadership.
- Enable customers and internal teams to use AI responsibly.
Requirements
- IT-related university studies, vocational training, or relevant professional experience.
- Extensive professional experience in frontend development and software solution architecture, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one of Angular, Vue, or React.
- Experience with databases or web servers.
- Relevant iSAQB architecture certification is advantageous.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Deep AI expertise and the ability to shape its responsible use.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
