Responsibilities
- Define ServiceNow platform architecture and technical governance for an enterprise international project.
- Design CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementations.
- Architect REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.
- Oversee platform security, access-control models, performance tuning, and data governance.
- Define environment strategy, release management, and DevOps/CI-CD practices in ServiceNow.
- Establish architecture and development standards, act as design authority, and conduct design reviews.
- Lead and mentor technical teams and influence technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Lead in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow and its ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD modules.
- Experience with CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementation.
- Experience architecting REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven integrations.
- Knowledge of platform security, access-control models, performance tuning, and data governance.
- Experience with environment strategy, release management, and ServiceNow DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience in technical governance, architecture standards, design authority, and design reviews.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- C1-level English.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CAD, CSA, or Implementation Specialist, TOGAF, ITIL 4, and banking or financial-services experience are valued.
