Responsibilities
- Lead technical security strategy and regulatory compliance posture across e-commerce and financial technology systems.
- Review and govern high-criticality architecture changes as the technical security reviewer and gatekeeper.
- Maintain baseline security configuration standards and secure SDLC practices across cloud, server, and endpoint assets.
- Direct technical alignment with DORA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and local regulatory frameworks while improving ISMS effectiveness.
- Manage ICT risks, evaluate third-party security posture, and assess CIA requirements and SLAs for outsourcing and payment integrations.
- Drive cross-team security architecture and technical strategies across engineering, product, business, and corporate entities.
- Promote a security-first culture and communicate complex security risks to executives, auditors, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical security engineering experience with demonstrated principal- or lead-level impact across multiple teams or departments.
- Deep technical understanding of DORA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ICT risk management frameworks.
- Experience in financial services, payment processing, or highly regulated e-commerce environments.
- Proven experience securing cloud-native microservices, web application firewalls, and software supply chains and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of network and application security, cryptographic primitives, identity and access management, and vulnerability and risk management.
- Experience with transport and storage encryption, tokenization, PGP/GPG key management, and data classification guidelines.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical security risks to executive leaders, auditors, and engineering teams.
