Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application customization, releases, compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Integrate APIs and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to team productivity and deliverable quality.
- Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within low-code platforms.
- Experience integrating APIs and managing system releases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) and Oracle EBS Financials is preferred.
