Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly build LLM- and agent-based prototypes during customer hackathons.
- Enable autonomous AI agents through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects covering architecture, RAG, and guardrails while meeting enterprise data and identity requirements.
- Identify strategic priorities, develop Celonis use cases, build demos and business cases, and conduct value assessments.
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Define improvement measures, initiate enterprise change initiatives, and present realized value to senior and C-level executives.
- Own the customer value journey across landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to improve the Celonis platform and apps.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, or an equivalent enterprise analytics or intelligence role is preferred.
- Hands-on Python, AI building, and consulting experience is required.
- Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications such as SAP or Oracle, plus experience implementing RPA or BI tools or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools and technologies is preferred.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, training users or process owners, and driving change.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and executives.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Automotive and manufacturing domain knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails is a plus.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM ecosystem packages is a plus.
- Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale on AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus.
