Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with evolving business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system compatibility, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex application configuration and performance issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Use APIs, web services, and low-code/no-code platforms to integrate and extend application functionality.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and share knowledge with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and CMDB development.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management in ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with APIs and web services for integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes, deployment tools, and version control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application configuration and performance issues.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
