Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients on integration and implementation projects and provide technical guidance and support.
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy tools and systems to Workfront.
- Build and maintain integrations between Workfront and ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SaaS environments.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and delivery planning in an agile environment.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and integration processes.
Requirements
- Requires 3 to 8 years of professional experience in software development and middleware integration.
- Requires at least 2 years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, or operations roles.
- Requires experience with data migration from existing client tools and legacy systems.
- Requires hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions in SaaS-based environments.
- Requires experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM with Workfront.
- Requires experience integrating third-party software and APIs.
- Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and client-interaction skills.
- Preferred knowledge includes ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM platforms.
- Requires a BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA; the education section also lists Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering.
