Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of the Conductor workflow builder, including its canvas for creating and linking agentic workflows.
- Build and maintain control-plane tools for SREs, Customer Success teams, and enterprise clients to manage and monitor clusters.
- Establish frontend architecture, state management, performance, component-system, design-system, and framework standards across applications.
- Shape UX and product requirements while driving cross-team frontend strategy.
- Own API contracts and contribute to BFF and microservice integration when needed.
- Raise team standards for testing, accessibility, and performance budgets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Frontend architect-level expertise in React and TypeScript, including ownership of state, performance, and component-system standards.
- Experience building complex user interfaces such as IDEs, real-time node-graph or canvas editors, or data-dense dashboards.
- Strong UX and product judgment with the ability to shape requirements rather than only execute tickets.
- Ability to work credibly with API backends and BFFs and own API contracts.
- Experience directing AI coding tools by prescribing precise implementation instructions and retaining human judgment for decisions.
- Preferred experience with IDE or developer-tooling products, Cursor, Visual Studio Code, low-code/no-code tooling, graph-node tools, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, D3, Recharts, Tremor, and strong design-tool fluency.
