Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and software delivery.
- Support DevSecOps pipelines across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Cloud One, and hybrid environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Deploy, configure, and support applications and containerized workloads in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Maintain virtualized and hybrid cloud environments while supporting availability, scalability, performance, monitoring, logging, and optimization.
- Implement automated security tooling including vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and container security solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, operations, Product Owners, and the PMO.
- Support cross-functional DevSecOps initiatives and reinforce established security, infrastructure, and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; candidates must confirm that the clearance is active.
- DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or cloud engineering roles is required.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Government, or Cloud One environments is required.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, scripting languages such as Python or Bash, Infrastructure as Code, and Git-based version control workflows is required.
- Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, NIST 800-53, and client cybersecurity frameworks is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes DoD or defense contractor programs, Agile teams of 20 or more FTEs, Scrum Master responsibilities, SAFe, DoD or USAF cloud environments, Zero Trust, cloud certifications, monitoring and logging tools, and security or compliance automation.
