Responsibilities
- Lead products and product features from design through production.
- Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and React Query.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define requirements and implement features.
- Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness.
- Monitor crash reports and usage metrics to maintain application stability.
- Make architectural decisions, represent technical features to stakeholders, and own complex projects through their production lifecycles.
- Stay current with mobile and React Native practices, trends, and tools.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to continuously deliver features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience with React Native.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Deep understanding of state management tools and patterns including React Query, Context API, and Redux.
- Experience debugging native mobile issues, handling device-specific behavior, and delivering complex mobile applications to app stores.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Git code management, monorepositories, monitoring solutions, mobile automation frameworks, and integration testing.
- Native iOS development experience with Swift and/or Objective-C or native Android development experience with Kotlin and/or Java is preferred.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, push notifications, Apple Wallet, YAML configuration files, and Amplitude is preferred.
- AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Python, Appium, Maestro, Moropo, Playwright, or similar experience is preferred.
- Previous Pharmacy Benefits Manager experience and strong written communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate proactively, and provide technical leadership is required.
