Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and React Query.
- Own products and large projects from design through production and provide technical leadership over product features.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to refine requirements and implement features.
- Optimize application performance, load times, responsiveness, and stability.
- Monitor crash reports and usage metrics and apply mobile development best practices.
- Represent product features technically to stakeholders and deliver continuously in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional React Native experience.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Deep understanding of state management tools and patterns such as React Query, Context API, and Redux.
- Experience debugging native mobile issues and handling device-specific behavior.
- Familiarity with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Git, mono-repositories, monitoring solutions, app-store delivery, and mobile CI tools.
- Experience with native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C and native Android development using Kotlin or Java is preferred.
- Familiarity with WCAG, push notifications, Apple Wallet, YAML, Amplitude, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Appium, Maestro, Moropo, Python, and Playwright is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate in writing, work autonomously, and drive delivery of complex mobile applications.
- Previous Pharmacy Benefits Manager experience is preferred.
