Responsibilities
- Build experiences that help users get started with the Google Wallet app and discover its capabilities.
- Design and launch user-facing Google Wallet features and shared components for use by other Wallet teams.
- Work across Android client and backend services as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and Data Science to measure and improve user experiences.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience with coding languages such as Java and Kotlin.
- At least 2 years of experience with Android and backend services development.
- Experience launching user-facing mobile features end to end.
- Experience building components or platforms used by other teams.
- Preferred: experience working effectively with Product Managers and UX to drive features end to end.
- Preferred: experience using AI tools in development workflows.
