Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI solutioning for large Technology Managed Services RFPs and RFIs.
- Define AI-driven productivity commitments supported by automation roadmaps and develop ROI- and TCO-backed AI narratives.
- Design AI-integrated operating models and reimagine traditional Technology Operations models using agentic capabilities.
- Design end-to-end AI architectures covering LLMs, NLP, RAG, agent skills, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and predictive analytics.
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, design sessions, POCs, MVPs, rapid prototypes, and AI maturity assessments with clients and internal deal teams.
- Create client-specific managed service pursuit presentations, sector and tool-specific AI research, points of view, and thought leadership.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities into Technology Managed Services offerings.
- Design responsible AI and agentic AI guardrails aligned with client policies.
- Perform FinOps analysis and estimate AI service and token costs.
- Collaborate with regional leaders, client partners, leadership teams, and global stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall consulting, presales, and managed services experience.
- Engineering graduate degree required.
- Expertise in enterprise observability and AIOps solutioning, including tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience with multiple agentic AI platforms and automation tools, including Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI Platform, SNOW Assist, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, UiPath, SAP Signavio, and Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Strong client storytelling and presentation skills, including PowerPoint-based presentations.
- Data engineering proficiency covering SQL, ETL pipelines, streaming, data lakes, and data engineering agents.
- Understanding of enterprise security, identity, compliance, and governance for AI deployments.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and model tuning.
- Experience in agentic solution design, build, and deployment and in Technology Managed Services presales and solutioning as a Solution Architect.
- Required or relevant certifications include Azure AI Engineer, AI Architect, SNOW Assist, SAP AI Architect, ITIL Foundation, SAFe, Certified Solution Architect, and Certified Enterprise Architect.
- Preferred experience with SaaS tools and platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Guidewire; pursuit solutioning across RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes; and awareness of the Technology Managed Services competitive landscape.
