Responsibilities
- Support deal cycles through consultative selling, solution architecture, effort estimation, proposal development, and value-based storytelling.
- Own the technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across enterprise modules.
- Design scalable, secure, extensible, and upgrade-safe solutions using out-of-box capabilities, App Engine, and custom extensions.
- Architect ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, intelligent workflows, and automation use cases with appropriate governance.
- Lead platform configuration, customization, integrations, reporting, analytics, dashboards, service experiences, data migration, and upgrade strategy.
- Guide teams and stakeholders across modules, programs, delivery demands, and large or multi-instance environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow solution design, value articulation, proposal development, estimation, RFP/RFI response management, pre-sales engagement, and deal support.
- Hands-on or architectural experience with ServiceNow AI and Now Assist, including AI-enabled workflows and automation.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, performance considerations, AI applicability, limitations, and governance.
- Advanced JavaScript expertise across client-side and server-side development.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, Service Portal, UI Builder, modern workspace experiences, and integration and data architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and experience in a center of excellence or large multi-instance environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, architectural judgment, and ability to scale across modules and responsibilities.
