Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Solution Architect on Kinaxis implementation projects.
  • Engage client stakeholders, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design and document solutions.
  • Guide configuration teams in implementing Kinaxis solutions and drive conversations with business stakeholders.
  • Develop technology future states and roadmaps with development, business, product, and technology teams.
  • Design solutions that balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance.
  • Configure Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules and support integrations with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
  • Lead teams, solve problems, and drive solution progress in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience is required; the technical qualifications also specify 10–15 years implementing Kinaxis or similar supply-chain management software in client environments.
  • Experience serving as a Solution Architect on at least two Kinaxis implementation projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Rapid Response Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfillment applications.
  • Strong design, software configuration, and data-modeling skills.
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
  • Rapid Response Author Level 2 certification is required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, team leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Relevant supply-chain certifications such as CSCP and Rapid Response Solution Consultant or Solution Architect certification are preferred.
  • BTech, BE, or MCA, with 15 years of full-time education.
