Responsibilities
- Design, test, deploy, debug, and implement Java/Spring Boot software applications and services.
- Develop and maintain web applications, back-office systems, and customer onboarding applications for digital payment products.
- Participate in requirements definition, documentation, code reviews, and work estimation.
- Develop and maintain automation and CI/CD environments.
- Assist with production escalations and problem resolution.
- Apply secure development lifecycle practices, threat modeling, and web application security assessment knowledge.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the R&D team.
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and remove delivery bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or an equivalent technology discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
- At least 3 years of experience with HTML and CSS.
- At least 2 years of experience with Java and Python backend development.
- At least 1 year of experience with Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, SaaS development and deployment, Jenkins, GitLab, RESTful API development and integration, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of business objects, layered design, data access objects, and design patterns.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively, and handle challenging assignments.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in engineering, SDLC experience, and experience developing commercial or externally facing software products.
