Responsibilities
- Design and implement the end-to-end deployment pipeline, including CI/CD processes.
- Ensure environment parity across development, staging, and production.
- Develop infrastructure to reduce incidents, including health checks and automated alerting.
- Enhance observability to provide meaningful metrics and reduce noise.
- Integrate AI-assisted developer tooling to improve engineering productivity.
- Manage ECS operations and infrastructure setup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Production AWS experience with ECS, RDS, and related services.
- Experience in both startup and larger-scale environments.
- Proven track record of eliminating deployment toil and improving reliability.
- Strong opinions on developer productivity backed by actionable improvements.
- Solid fundamentals in database operations and security practices.
