Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize complex AI applications and agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, measuring accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Lead technical discovery and collaborate directly with strategic customer engineering teams on implementation and adoption.
- Identify recurring field patterns and customer friction, turning them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customers and promote Google-grade development practices for long-term project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
