Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end reference architectures for agentic AI across pro-code and low-code platforms.
- Select and justify RAG, multi-agent, reasoning-loop, A2A, and low-code automation patterns for specific use cases.
- Lead engineering teams from local development and debugging through production deployment.
- Guide selection of Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and LangGraph based on engagement needs.
- Serve as the primary AI architecture authority in client discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical roadmap sessions.
- Create reusable reference architectures, playbooks, and accelerators for agentic AI proof-of-concept delivery.
- Embed responsible AI guardrails, production-readiness standards, and evaluation frameworks into deployments.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of cloud solution architecture experience.
- 2+ years designing and delivering agentic AI systems in production or near-production environments.
- Experience with both pro-code agentic systems and low-code automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including Agent Service, Model Catalog, Playground, Foundry IQ, evaluation tooling, and connected resources.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework for multi-agent handoffs, tool integration, and hosted agent deployment.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with AG-UI and MCP for agent frontends, enterprise tools, and data sources.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Search, including hybrid retrieval, semantic reranking, and Foundry IQ integration.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of the Azure AI Foundry SDK and Azure OpenAI SDK.
- Familiarity with Azure Container Apps, Managed Identity, and Azure CLI.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including tool-call reliability, context management, grounding, and responsible AI principles.
- AI-102 and AZ-900 certifications are required; AZ-305 and PL-200 are preferred.
- Client-facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
- Preferred experience with Agent 365, Microsoft Control System, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
