Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end reference architectures for agentic AI across pro-code and low-code platforms.
- Select and justify agentic patterns including RAG retrieval, multi-agent handoff, reasoning loops, A2A workflows, and low-code automation.
- Lead engineering teams through local development, debugging, and production deployment.
- Guide platform and framework selection across Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and LangGraph.
- Serve as the primary AI architecture authority in client discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical roadmap sessions.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, playbooks, and accelerators for agentic AI proof-of-concept delivery.
- Embed responsible AI guardrails, production-readiness standards, and evaluation frameworks across deployments.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of cloud solution architecture experience.
- 2+ years designing and delivering agentic AI systems in production or near-production environments.
- Experience with RAG retrieval pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning and reflection loops, multi-turn conversation design, and agent-to-agent communication.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including Agent Service, Model Catalog, Playground, Foundry IQ knowledge bases, evaluation tooling, and connected resources.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework for multi-agent handoff workflows, tool integration, and hosted agent deployment on Azure.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform architecture, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integration.
- Familiarity with AG-UI, MCP, and Azure AI Search.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of the Azure AI Foundry SDK and Azure OpenAI SDK.
- Familiarity with Azure Container Apps, Managed Identity, and Azure CLI.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including tool-call reliability, context management, grounding, and responsible AI principles.
- AI-102 and AZ-900 Azure certifications are required.
- AZ-305 and PL-200 certifications are preferred.
- Client-facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services is required.
- Preferred experience includes Agent 365, Microsoft Control System, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
