Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on creative workflows with tight feedback loops.
- Work with the founders on product direction, UX decisions, and feature prioritization.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Continuously refine interaction details, polish, and usability.
- Help define the future of AI-native creative tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with React, TypeScript, and backend frameworks.
- Exceptional product sense and attention to UX details.
- Experience building creative tools and the ability to become an expert in creative technology for AI video production.
- Strong intuition for creating simple, powerful, and delightful products.
- High ownership, agency, and velocity in a startup environment.
- A love for films and art is preferred.
- Personal creative experience as a filmmaker, video editor, animator, designer, or similar is preferred.
- Experience in AI video generation is preferred.
- Founder experience is preferred.
- Open-source contributions and coding outside regular work are preferred.
