Responsibilities
- Design and develop BSP components for Android-based automotive infotainment platforms.
- Customize Android 15 BSPs, including Linux kernel and driver adaptations for automotive SoCs.
- Implement and optimize system services and HAL layers for infotainment features.
- Conduct CTS, VTS, and STS compliance testing.
- Diagnose and resolve system-level issues across software and hardware interfaces.
- Collaborate with Android porting, BSP, and integration teams across global locations.
- Align implementations with the Android Compatibility Definition Document and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in embedded systems, Android infotainment development, and Automotive ECU Software.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Strong expertise in Android Automotive OS and Android 15 BSP.
- Deep knowledge of Linux kernel customization and driver integration.
- Experience with Samsung Automotive SoCs and custom IVI platforms.
- Proficiency implementing system services and HAL layers.
- Familiarity with Android architecture and CDD standards.
- Hands-on experience with CTS, VTS, and STS compliance testing.
- Experience with Git, Android build systems, and development tools.
- Exposure to infotainment hardware setups and cloud platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments and global delivery models.
